AeroDue
One journey. Four connected layers.
AeroDue brings flight tracking, source-backed disruption intelligence, passenger-rights guidance and practical travel services into one clear journey layer.
◎
Built around evidence, not guesses
Flight data, disruption signals and passenger-rights conclusions stay tied to their sources and confidence boundaries.
Step 1 of 3
What happened to your journey?
Choose every issue that applies. You can also describe the situation in your own words.
Multiple issues supported
Do not enter booking references, email, bank details, passport or ID information.0 / 1200
◇No document uploads. No bank details. No claim is filed with AeroDue.
Step 2 of 3
Tell us about the flight
AeroDue checks whether approved live data is available. Manual entry always remains available.
Passenger confirmation required
Why confirm?
Flight data only helps fill journey facts. You always confirm the flight before the Rights Engine uses it, and AeroDue never treats provider data as a legal decision.

Protect your options
Keep a few simple records now so whichever route you choose later is easier.
✓
Keep your booking, boarding pass and airline messages about the disruption.
✓
Keep receipts for necessary meals, hotel and ground transport.
✓
If baggage is involved, keep the baggage report/reference and written airline updates.
✓
Note what happened, when it happened and what the airline told you.

The AeroDue conclusion stays the same. What changes is who does the work from here.
×
Option A
Handle the process yourself
More admin on you
Use the airline's or competent authority's official channel. You keep control, but you also take responsibility for the administrative work and follow-up.
Complete and submit the required forms yourself.
Gather, organise and resend evidence or documents when requested.
Track replies, reminders and any additional requests from the airline or authority.
Keep on top of deadlines, messages and any calls or follow-up yourself.
No external specialist fee — but the administrative workload stays with you.
✓
Option B
Use an external specialist
Less admin for you
If a real approved provider is available for your case, AeroDue shows it here. Once you leave AeroDue, that provider handles its own onboarding and formal claim process under its own terms.
The provider tells you what it needs and handles its own onboarding.
Claim documents and airline contact are handled within the provider's process.
The provider handles its own claim follow-up and support.
Any recorded commercial relationship is disclosed before you leave AeroDue; the provider's own terms and fees then apply.
Shown only when a real approved route is configured.
Your AeroDue diagnosis does not change based on which route you choose.

Rules that can change the answer
EU passenger-rights rules can turn similar disruptions into very different outcomes.
When Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 applies, route, distance, arrival delay, operating airline and the cause of the disruption can all change the answer. AeroDue checks the journey instead of assuming that every delay or cancellation is the same.
EU261Official basis: European Union · Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 · current rules only
€250Flights up to 1,500 km€400Certain EU and 1,500–3,500 km flights€600Certain longer flights above 3,500 km
These are Article 7 reference bands, not automatic payouts. Eligibility, rerouting and other legal conditions can change or reduce the amount.
Situations that deserve their own check
The label alone never decides the result.
↥Overbooking / denied boarding
⇄Missed connection
⚑Airline strike
☁Bad weather
→Rerouting / replacement flight
↓Downgrade
A strike or bad weather does not automatically mean “yes” or “no”. Overbooking, missed connections, rerouting and downgrade can also depend on specific journey facts. The checker keeps those facts separate before any legal conclusion appears.

What may be at stake
The money involved may be more than compensation.
A disrupted journey can create separate rights. AeroDue keeps them apart so you can see where money may be recoverable without mixing different legal categories.
€
Possible payment
Compensation
A fixed amount may apply in eligible delay, cancellation or denied-boarding cases.
↺
Ticket money
Refunds
The unused ticket price can be a separate right from compensation.
⌂
Out-of-pocket costs
Care & expenses
Necessary meals, hotel or ground transport may be recoverable under the applicable rules.
▣
Separate regime
Baggage
Delayed, lost or damaged checked baggage can create rights under a different legal regime.
AeroDue only shows a supported conclusion when the verified rules and journey facts are sufficient. If they are not, it says what is missing instead of guessing.
Before you give up or move forward
Do not leave money behind because you trusted the wrong answer.
A misapplied rule, a missing fact or an unsupported promise can make you give up too early — or send you down the wrong path. AeroDue shows what is supported, what is missing and the official basis behind the conclusion.
!A weak conclusion can cost money, time — or both.
