What we check

You may be leaving money unclaimed without knowing it.

A delay, cancellation, baggage problem, expense or even a journey detail can change what you may be able to recover. AeroDue checks the facts and shows what may apply — and why.

What can change the result

You do not need to know the law. These are the kinds of facts that can change what applies to a journey.

01

What happened

Delay, cancellation, missed connection, denied boarding, baggage, refund, expenses or another problem can lead to different checks.

02

The journey itself

Flight, date, origin, destination and itinerary help determine which supported rules may apply.

03

How much time you lost

The difference between a short delay and arriving several hours late can change the result.

04

Why it happened

When the reason is known, we check whether it matters under the supported rules. If you do not know, you do not need to guess.

05

Money you had to spend

Meals, hotel, transport or other necessary expenses can be checked separately from compensation.

06

What we can confirm

We use verified rules and official sources. If an important fact or source is missing, we say so clearly.

How the answer is built

No single tick decides everything.

AeroDue combines the journey facts that matter under the supported rules. Depending on the problem, the answer may change with factors such as:

Where the journey started and ended, and which airline operated the flight.
What happened and how late you reached the final destination.
Whether you had a confirmed booking and met check-in requirements, when relevant.
When a cancellation was communicated and what alternative journey was offered, when relevant.
What caused the disruption and whether the supported rules treat that cause differently.
Which facts and official-source coverage can actually be verified for the journey.

A fact appearing on this list does not by itself guarantee compensation. Different rights — compensation, reimbursement, re-routing, care, expenses or other remedies — can have different conditions.

What kinds of problems we check

A single journey can contain more than one issue. AeroDue keeps them separate instead of forcing everything into one compensation figure.

Flight problems

Delay, cancellation, missed connection, denied boarding and involuntary downgrade can involve different rights and conditions.

Refunds

We check situations where the ticket price or another amount may need to be returned, separately from compensation.

Expenses during the disruption

Meals, hotel, ground transport and other necessary expenses can be assessed on their own facts.

Baggage

Delayed, lost or damaged baggage — and missing contents where supported — can follow a different legal framework from the flight itself.

What you will see in the result

The result is designed to answer the practical questions a passenger actually has, without hiding the reasoning behind legal language.

Possible rights

Which supported rights may apply to the facts you provided, kept separate by category.

Potential value

A value appears only when there is enough verified information to calculate it safely. It is not shown as a guaranteed payout.

Why that result appears

Where supported, we show the rule and official-source basis behind the conclusion.

What is still missing

If a fact, source or coverage gap prevents a safe answer, the result says exactly what is missing instead of guessing.

If we cannot answer safely, we say so.

Missing information in one category does not automatically erase a supported conclusion in another. AeroDue does not fill gaps with assumptions just to produce an answer.

AeroDue shows potential recovery, not a guaranteed payout. Final outcomes can depend on facts, evidence and any later external resolution process.

Don't let a possible recovery go unchecked.

If something went wrong on your journey, checking what may apply can help you avoid missing possible compensation, refunds or recoverable expenses.
