Choose the guide that matches your journey

Start with the operating airline, airport or route. UK261 and EC261 do not apply to every journey in the same way. Eligibility also depends on the disruption, the final arrival time, the notice given and the evidence about the cause.

This directory links only to the explicitly released AeroDue guidance pages. For an actual disruption, use the flight-specific checker rather than assuming a general guide is a decision on your case.

The directory is currently available in English (UK). Selecting another interface language takes you to that language’s passenger-rights overview until a reviewed directory translation is available.

Specific flight routes (242)

Find a guide for a particular origin–destination pair. Route coverage and disruption cause still have to be checked for the actual flight.

Airports (200)

Choose a departure or arrival airport. An airport's location does not, by itself, determine an individual flight's compensation eligibility.

Airlines and disruption topics (68)

Browse airline-specific guidance and other source-backed delay or cancellation questions.

How to use these guides responsibly

Keep the flight number, itinerary, operating carrier, airline messages and proof of arrival time. Refunds, care, rerouting and fixed compensation are separate questions. A delay or cancellation alone never guarantees a payment.

For legal references, consult the official sources linked from each guide, including the UK Civil Aviation Authority and Your Europe passenger rights.
