What these reports measure

The separately verified July and August 2026 BTS archives aggregate scheduled flight observations and records sample size, on-time arrivals (delay less than 15 minutes), cancellation, diversion, mean and median arrival delay, and sufficiently sized departure-hour cohorts. Reporting-carrier, arrival-airport and directed-route aggregation each answer different questions. A route report is not a live timetable or an assessment of legal compensation.
