Lisbon airport runway 02/20 to close overnight on 12 and 13 November 2026 for pavement repair

Runway 02/20 at Lisbon's Humberto Delgado Airport is scheduled to close on the nights of 12 and 13 November 2026, from 00:15 to 04:45, for pavement repair, according to the airport events listing published by EUROCONTROL. Both entries are marked as having an impact on operations.

The two closures are listed as separate events, one starting at 00:15 on 12 November and one starting at 00:15 on 13 November, each ending at 04:45.

The same listing records other ongoing works at the airport. Taxiways R1, R2 and T1 have been closed around the clock since 2 September because of works in progress, with new taxiways M1 and M2 in use, and a major project to extend apron 10 and build a new apron 23 is listed as running until 31 August 2027 to add contact stands.

The listing does not say whether any scheduled flights fall inside the two overnight windows, or whether arrivals or departures will be moved. Passengers with very late or very early flights at Lisbon on 12 or 13 November should confirm their times with their airline before travelling to the airport.

Check the operator's latest conditions before booking or travelling.
