Coverage

Global interface. Deliberately cautious legal coverage.

AeroDue is designed for passengers worldwide, but that does not mean every country, route or entitlement is automatically supported. Legal coverage is activated only when the source, applicability and deterministic-rule gates are satisfied.

Check my journey

Coverage is a safety boundary, not a marketing number.

The diagnostic evaluates the actual journey and the legal coverage that is publishable at that moment. A route can be recognized by the platform without being eligible for a legal conclusion.

01

Journey coverage

Airports, airlines, countries and flight facts can exist in the reference layer independently from legal eligibility.

02

Legal coverage

A legal pack needs official sources, applicability mapping, conditions, exceptions, entitlements and deterministic tests before it can produce rights.

03

Current source health

Even a mapped rule can be suppressed if the monitored source is stale, changed or no longer satisfies the publication gate.

What happens outside supported coverage?

AeroDue does not translate “we know this airport” into “we know your legal rights”. Unsupported or ambiguous cases return a limited result, missing-coverage explanation or safe external/direct route where available.

The safest answer can be “AeroDue cannot make this legal conclusion yet.” That is preferable to a confident but unsupported payout estimate.

Coverage can expand without changing the passenger experience.

The legal engine and interface are separated. New jurisdictions can be added pack by pack after their deterministic gates pass, while the same journey flow, result structure and partner-routing layer remain stable.

Your own journey is the relevant coverage test.

The diagnostic checks the facts and current supported rules instead of asking you to interpret a jurisdiction list yourself.
