Why AeroDue

Do not give up too early. Do not move forward with false certainty.

A wrong conclusion can leave money behind — or waste time on something that is not supported. AeroDue helps you check what may apply before you decide what to do next.

Check if I may have money to recover

Two costly mistakes are worth avoiding.

The useful answer is not the most optimistic or the most negative one. It is the one the available facts and verified rules can actually support.

Giving up too early

A quick answer, an assumption or one missing detail can make a passenger close the matter before understanding whether something may still be recoverable.

Moving forward with false certainty

The opposite can also cost time or money: pursuing a claim without knowing whether the facts and applicable rules actually support it.

Why the AeroDue answer is useful before commitment.

Trust comes from what the result can show and what it refuses to invent — not from a promise, a logo or a sales claim.

Official sources, not a black box

When a conclusion is supported, AeroDue shows the rule and official source that support it.

Uncertainty stays visible

If a fact or safe coverage is missing, AeroDue says so instead of filling the gap to manufacture certainty.

The diagnosis stays independent

The result does not change whether you continue alone or seek specialist help later.

No commitment just to check

The independent diagnostic is designed to work without an account wall, bank details or claim-document upload.

Diagnosis first. Decision second.

The next step does not buy a different answer.

You can continue alone. If a real, approved external specialist is available later, that option is shown separately. Any commercial handoff comes after the diagnosis and does not rewrite it.

  • No provider is required to receive the independent diagnosis.
  • A later external option does not change the result already shown.
  • AeroDue does not become the claim handler, airline contact or payout service.
How AeroDue is funded

The diagnosis comes first. A commercial handoff can only come afterwards.

AeroDue checks the journey independently. If an approved external claims service is available and you choose to use it, AeroDue may receive a commission from that provider.

AeroDue does the simulation

AeroDue explains the possible rights, potential amounts, assumptions, missing facts and official-source basis. It does not open or manage the claim.

An approved partner can handle the claim

If an approved route is available for your case and you choose it, an approved external partner handles its own onboarding, document collection, airline contact, claim handling, support and payment under its own terms and fees.

If you continue through an AeroDue partner link, AeroDue may receive a commission. That commercial relationship does not change the diagnosis you already received.

An external partner is shown as an outbound option only when a real approved route and exact tracking link are active. Otherwise AeroDue does not pretend that option exists.

Before you close the matter, check what you could be leaving behind.

A few minutes spent checking the journey can help you avoid both mistakes: walking away from a possible recovery or pursuing something without enough support.
