Clear rules about AeroDue and your data
AeroDue is designed to give an independent passenger-rights diagnostic before any commercial handoff. These notices explain what AeroDue does, what data it avoids collecting and what remains to be completed before public launch.
Privacy
AeroDue is designed to work without an account or email for the independent diagnostic. It processes the journey and disruption facts you choose to provide, presentation preferences and short-lived technical identifiers needed to operate and protect the service.
AeroDue does not require or accept claim documents, PNR/booking references, passport or identity files, bank/IBAN/card details or compensation-payment data. Raw IP addresses are not persisted in AeroDue application tables. Sensitive claim information belongs on the selected external provider's systems after handoff.
Optional analytics, affiliate measurement and advertising are separate purposes and default to off. No optional analytics or advertising service is currently installed. Final controller identity, contact details, legal bases, retention information and rights-contact details must be completed before public launch.
Terms of use
AeroDue provides passenger-rights information and a simulation based on supported rules and the facts available. It is not a law firm, does not provide a binding legal opinion, does not open or manage a claim and does not guarantee eligibility, payment or recovery.
Passenger-specific legal and monetary conclusions may only come from AeroDue's deterministic Rights Engine. Missing, conflicting, stale or unsupported facts may cause a conclusion to be withheld rather than guessed.
If you choose an external provider, that provider operates under its own terms, fees and privacy rules and owns onboarding, documents, airline contact, claim handling, support and payment. A commercial relationship or commission never changes the AeroDue diagnosis.
Contact & operator identification
Before public launch, this section will publish the real operator's legal name, geographic address, direct electronic contact, tax and public-register details where applicable, and any other legally required identification. AeroDue will not publish invented placeholders as if they were real operator facts.
The public contact channel will be for AeroDue service, privacy and legal matters; it will not turn AeroDue into claim support. Any Electronic Complaints Book access that is legally required will be published only after the operator's real registration has been verified.
How AeroDue may make money
The diagnostic comes first. If a genuine approved external route is available and you choose it, AeroDue may receive an affiliate or referral commission. That commercial event cannot alter your diagnosis, potential value, sources or self-service options.
