Brussels Airport serves 136 destinations this winter, including four new routes
Brussels Airport will offer 136 direct destinations during the winter season that starts on 25 October 2026, including four new routes and 40 non-stop intercontinental destinations, the airport said on 15 October.
The new destinations are Nantes with easyJet, twice a week from 26 October; Santiago de Compostela with Fly2Galicia, twice a week from 1 December; Kemi-Tornio in Finland with Brussels Airlines, twice a week from 25 December; and Evenes in Norway with Brussels Airlines, once a week from 6 February 2027. Transavia, which has operated a full base at Brussels Airport since the summer, adds Las Palmas three times a week from 28 October, Reykjavik twice a week from 30 October and Porto three times a week from 14 December. Etihad increases its Abu Dhabi service from seven to eleven weekly flights from 15 December.
The airport expects more than 1.7 million passengers over the autumn holidays. Passengers are advised to arrive two hours before departure for Schengen flights and three hours before for non-Schengen flights.
For travellers in Portugal, the new Transavia route adds a link between Porto and Brussels from mid-December. The release does not give flight times, and schedules can change, so passengers should confirm days and times with the airline.
