Lisbon Fast Track: a shorter queue does not skip travel procedures

Editorial interpretation

Fast Track provides a priority route to security screening. ANA explains that reducing queue time does not replace check-in, the screening itself or boarding procedures.

It should therefore not be treated as permission to arrive late. Checked baggage, travel documents and gate closure still need planning.

Before booking, confirm the airport, terminal and current conditions. Time saved depends on operations; this explanation promises no guaranteed processing time.

ANA's Fast Track service provides a priority channel to airport security, but does not remove screening of people and baggage or the airline's procedures. It can be purchased through the airport's stated channels or may form part of certain ticket arrangements. ANA explains that a valid QR code may be required depending on how the service was obtained.

A priority queue does not replace check-in or extend a boarding gate's closing time. Any saving depends on passenger numbers and current operations. Travellers checking hold baggage or requiring document checks should still arrive with the recommended margin. Before buying, verify the terminal and use official or authorised channels; ANA itself warns against illicit sales of the service.
