SWISS to resume daily Zurich–Dubai flights on 27 October; 25 and 26 October not operated

Swiss International Air Lines will resume a daily service between Zurich and Dubai from 27 October 2026, according to its Middle East flight operations newsbrief. The airline says the flights on 25 and 26 October cannot be operated for operational reasons, following a suspension that ran up to and including 24 October.

SWISS publishes these updates on a dedicated newsroom page about its flight operations in the Middle East. The latest newsbrief, number 49, is dated 9 September 2026. Earlier entries on the same page say that flights to Beirut remain suspended until 24 October 2026, that the airline planned to restart its Zurich–Tel Aviv service from 1 August 2026, and that additional flights to Delhi would run until the end of the summer timetable on 24 October.

The return of the Dubai route matters for passengers in Switzerland and for travellers who connect in Zurich towards the Gulf, while the two-day gap at the start of the winter timetable affects anyone booked on 25 or 26 October.

The page gives no later update on Beirut or Tel Aviv, and SWISS's plans for the region may change. Passengers booked between Zurich and Dubai around these dates should confirm their flight directly with SWISS before travelling.

Check the operator's latest conditions before booking or travelling.
