Delta prepares Atlanta–Riyadh service for 23 October

Delta’s announced Atlanta–Riyadh nonstop service is scheduled to begin on 23 October 2026. The airline plans daily flights from 23 to 30 October, followed by three weekly services.

The route is scheduled to use an Airbus A350-900. The original announcement was published on 5 August, with the planned launch now approaching.

An announced timetable is not evidence that the inaugural flight has already operated. Travellers should check their date, schedule and availability with the carrier.

The announcement describes daily flights during an initial period and a three-times-weekly pattern afterwards. That distinction matters for round trips: a flight available on an outbound date does not imply the same daily frequency on the return date. The published plan should be checked against actual availability at booking.

A non-stop route can avoid an intermediate connection between Atlanta and Riyadh, but it does not remove passport or entry requirements or guarantee transfers with other services. For journeys with more than one segment, verify baggage, connection times and change rules. The planned start remains an announcement until the service actually operates; the inaugural flight should not be described as already completed.

Check the operator's latest conditions before booking or travelling.
